David has 30 years experience of leading and developing people, including 20 years in coaching and organisational development, as well as personal experience of leading various teams. His specialism is on team coaching and his cutting edge work on Extra-Dependent Teams is reshaping organisational thinking and the world of team coaching.
Philip offers over 25 years of multinational leadership experience at Sanofi, Reckitt Benckiser, Novartis, Roche and Medicus Group of Communication Agencies. He specialises in forming and developing teams and departments in communications, medical affairs, commercial and finance.
Rachael offers more than 20 years of healthcare and tech leadership experience working with companies like Bristol Myers Squibb, eBay, Philip Morris, and Lufthansa Group. As a founding partner of the coaching and consulting firm parents@work, and founder of the peer coaching community Oraco Group, Rachael’s executive coaching expertise is in supporting leaders with prioritising both personal and professional goals.
Fredrika is an executive leadership and team coach who helps senior leaders communicate with impact, lead with confidence, and lead their teams through change. She brings deep expertise in communications, culture change, and leadership development, shaped by 30 years experience in multinationals across technology, finance and banking, and her work with global organisations including Google, UBS, HSBC, Coca-Cola, Spotify, and AstraZeneca. A guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, she coaches in English, French, and Swedish, and has been recognised for the second consecutive year as one of the top 15 executive coaches in the region. She energies herself by walking in the mountains and, during the winter, skinning up, finding new, untouched snow for a great ski down.
